Situated ‘Between the commons’ a coveted area of Clapham, London. This 2 bed, 2 bathroom, ground floor maisonette was purchased in 2019.

This project was a renovation project. The property needed to appeal to buyers in their mid-20s to early 30s who worked in central London and were likely already familiar with the Clapham area.

 

The brief was to re-design the kitchen and living space to create a more usable open-plan design that would make the space feel bigger and to fully landscape the garden. This included modernising the aesthetics of the property to create a space that felt ‘fresh, contemporary and inviting’ – a grade up from the standard flat sharing or first home experience.
